The community requested me explain how I do the new Water Otter expert crafts since I had some success with it.

I'll note that I have developed what I do mostly on my own, with some help from my community (namely Finh and Hollow). I melded myself and I self gather all the materials. With all that said, I will not say this is the best way to do these crafts by any means, but I am very happy with my results!
