FFXIV 24 Hours maintenance and Patch 6.18 explained!

The game, Final Fantasy XIV is now down and offline for at least 24 hours for difference reasons linked to the patch 6.18

I actually forgot to mention it, but 6.18 brings the new pvp season of Crystaline Conflict!

Patch 6.18 is the first ever minor patch with a 24 hours downtime. This happen for the implementation of different important changes server side. The main one of them is Data Center Travel. A long awaited feature that will allow player to visit different Data Center. This change will most likely change the balance of the game in term of Market Board!
