The Duty Support System in Final Fantasy XIV is a Game Changer

The Shadowbringers and Endwalker expansions of Final Fantasy XIV introduced the Trust System for dungeons and 4 member trials. It basically lets you run main scenario dungeons and trials using a party of NPCs. This system has been renamed to Duty Support, and is being implemented throughout the entire game, starting with A Realm Reborn. This video demonstrates how it works.
