Island Sanctuary - WHERE TO GATHER ALL THE ITEMS [FFXIV 6.2]

I wish I had this guide before I ran around the island for a few hours trying to find things... I totally didn't only just learn how to dive and fish after rank 7... I hope this guide helps you all out as much as I KNOW it would have helped me last night!
