FFXIV Criterion Dungeons giving me WoW Challenge Mode Vibes (CC Available)

So, I really enjoy the criterion dungeon, but every time I log in and try to do them... even during peak hours, there are hardly any groups.

What is going on here? It's reminding me a bit of the Challenge Mode Dungeons from WoW!

Final Fantasy XIV[b] is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) developed and published by Square Enix.
