My jump rope challenge Week 1 to FFXIV A Long Fall. Last month, I found out that I have super high cholesterol so I've been trying to incorporate more fitness into my lifestyle. One of the ways I'll be measuring my progress is by jumping to "A Long Fall" for 1 minute straight! This song is 170 beats per minute!
